I am Dindo B. Danganan, A graduate of Mass Communication and had obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology. Presently, I am writing my dissertation for the program Doctor in Educational Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. After I graduated from College, I worked in a local newspaper in my hometown for almost a year but due to the risks that most media people experienced in the early 1990’s, I shifted to the academe. Then in 1992, I was able to land on a job as a high school teacher for two years. On the other hand, in the late 1990, I started teaching in the tertiary level handling English and Psychology subjects. I spent almost 30 years in the university as a college instructor.
Since I came from the southern portion of the Philippine archipelago and most of my folks are musically inclined, therefore I am inspired by them to love singing as well; nevertheless I am not a good singer. Aside from being affectionately fascinated by music, I also find delight in writing. The reason why I love letters because through this passion my mind may possibly work imaginatively in order to initiate correspondingly the ingenuity of people’s thoughts about diverse issues which are beneficial to their daily undertakings. I love writing because through written words, I can help people’s outlook to change, upkeep and patch up individual’s beliefs and inspire societies to discover a grander cause for the good of the country and similarly for everyone. On the other hand, through written words, I can uphold a better dissemination of modern ideas about business, technology, education, etc. which are significant to the advancement of the modern civilization. The aforementioned statements made me to love writing. Moreover, aside from writing I also like sharing knowledge to other people. This is the reason perhaps I why I stayed in the academe for more than two decades.
