I am a Patient, Caring, Resource- Oriented and a Compassionate teacher that always provides room for learning. Apart from the reason that teaching has been my bread and butter, it will always be my passion and dream job. Driven by the conceptualized experiences in the field of teaching, I always apply the most important role of a teacher on being the facilitator of learning, bridging the gap between ignorance and knowledge. Being a facilitator, I guide my students and make sure that I help them reach both our goals, and that is learning. I simply keep an eye on what is important in teaching, and that is when my students are learning something from me as well as I am also learning from them. My teaching style is to denote the principle of facilitating. There are effective methodologies in teaching but it will necessarily depend on the learners. Mostly, I use Kinesthetic and Game-based teaching methods for beginner learners, which require Total Physical Response (TPR) and games to unlock their skills and engage them in learning. For Intermediate learners, certain methodologies like Concept Checking Questions (CCQ's) and Information Checking Questions (ICQ's) will enable them to process vocabulary and things related to the lesson. With these being said, it will surely mark a significant result, especially on the learner's end. And indeed, driven by these principles, I am confident to say that I am one of the great teachers in the ESL learning environment.
